The Insurance Funding for Trainees (FAF) to which your employee contributes can assume, under certain conditions, the training costs and your wage, in the Individual Leave for Training (CIF).

The wages for fixed time contracts (CDD) can also benefit, during the contract duration or up to twelve months after contract completion.
